Do you live with endometriosis, PCOS, PMDD, adenomyosis, POI, early menopause or infertility - or do you have experience of recurring pregnancy loss?
Join us at our creative meetups - a kind and safe space to get creative and connect with women and AFABs with similar experiences. No crafty/artsy experience necessary. All supplies will be provided.
When and where: 2nd Wednesday of the Month, 7PM at Todmorden Arts Club (3rd floor above Kindness Cafe), Todmorden

Q. Who are the meetups for?
A. The meetups are open to women and AFABs of all ages who live with endometriosis, PMDD, PCOS, fibroids, other menstrual health conditions or have experience of recurring pregnancy loss.
Q. I don’t know how to paint, draw or make things out of clay, am I still welcome?
A. Of course, we believe everyone is creative in some way, even if they don’t think so themselves. But these workshops are much more about making connections than making something beautiful. Even though we think you will.
Q. What if I can’t afford the £8 it costs to attend.
A. Email us at hello@frejas.org and we can work something out.
Q. Will we be doing a specific type of art or craft?
A. No, we explore different mediums, and no prior experience with any of them will be needed.
Q. Do I have to share my personal story?
A. No, you will not be asked to share anything you’re uncomfortable sharing. You can just come and make art alongside people who have lived through similar experiences.
